π₯ Love Island Finale This Sunday 07/12
Who will end up together and split the $100,000 grand prize? Love Island’s finale is this Sunday, and right now the whole internet is split on one thing: does KC actually deserve to be there? He and Aniya were everyone’s couple, until Casa Amor, and he came back with a new girl. People are still not over it. Aniya’s now the fan favorite and half the comments want her to win just out of spite. Then the girls turned on the guys on camera, and that clip is everywhere, because it basically exposed which men fold the second someone new walks in. And nobody can stop talking about Movie Night, where they show everyone secret footage of what their partners did behind their backs. It ended relationships in real time. Six couples are left, and America’s the one voting. So the fight online right now is who actually earned it versus who’s just coasting on being liked. Sunday we find out.
Pick your lane – anything controversial about the show will get fans commenting: “Plot Twist: Kenzie Ends Up With Carl” (make sure you can back this up with a theory), “How I’ma Spend My $50k Cut Of the Love Island Money When I Win” (comedy routine, obviously you won’t win), Ranking people on the show by how you think they’ll spend the money, etc.

π₯ Hotdog Summer
Hotdogs are having a full-on cultural movement right now, and 2026 is “Hotdog Summer.” You’ve heard of hot girl summer, now make it about hotdogs.
Pick your lane – buy a cart full of hotdogs at the store, make a “gourmet” hotdog cooking tutorial (and by gourmet, I mean…with as much mayonnaise as you can possibly add), or simply post a throwback pic of yourself on slide one labeled “hot girl summer,” a current photo on slide 2 labeled “hot dog summer,” and a 3rd slide that’s just text that says “know the difference.”

π₯ World Cup Tea
Leave the specifics of the World Cup to sporscasters, here’s the *World Cup Tea Update* Okay so Brazil is the Kardashians of soccer. Five trophies, richest name in the game, everyone assumes they’re still that girl. They haven’t won in 24 years. This weekend they lose to Norway, who has never beaten them in history, and one giant blonde guy scores both goals himself. Then Brazil gets a free shot to tie it. Their superstar’s standing right there and the coach goes “nah, let the other guy take it.” He misses. In front of the whole planet. Best part: the USA, Mexico, and Canada are hosting this whole thing, and all three got kicked out of their own party. Now Norway, the nobodies who just pulled this off, play England Saturday. And with Brazil gone, the whole thing’s wide open. Anybody can win it now. That’s the tea. (feel free to use that script word for word).
- Quarterfinals run Thursday July 9 through Saturday July 11: France vs Morocco, Spain vs Belgium, Norway vs England, and Argentina vs the Switzerland/Colombia winner.
- Semifinals follow on Tuesday July 14 and Wednesday July 15, with the third-place playoff on July 18.
- The final is Sunday July 19. All three host nations (USA, Mexico, Canada) are already out.
Either read the script word for word, or present your video like you’re spillin’ the tea.

π₯ Crumbl Cookie NEW BUT LIMITED TIME COOKIE
this is DIABOLICAL: Crumbl Cookie has announced a new cookie: The Marbled Stuffed Cheesecake Cookie, but guess what – it’s only available Until July 11 (THIS SATURDAY!!), dropped as part of Crumbl’s “Fan Favorites Week.” The details: it’s a warm, marbled cookie made from two doughs swirled together, brownie dough and vanilla cream cheese dough, then stuffed with a creamy cheesecake filling and served warm. The pitch is basically “brownie plus cheesecake in one cookie.”
Pick your lane – either talk massive shit about how Crumbl has got us right where they want us – thirsting after their cookies just to take them away, or do a legitimate food review if you go get one in person. Another option is “Get Ready With Me To Get The New Crumbl Cookie”, then either secure the cookie and do a review, or be too late and have a meltdown because you missed their one week window.

π₯ “Make The Sound of ____” Challenge
Video a friend/coworker/family member asking them to make the sound of _______ (whichever object you tell them), then watch them struggle to mimic the sound.
Several directions here β “make the sound of a cow,” they try to moo, then you splice their moo over a video of a cow mooing. Or an inanimate object like a coffee mug: when they say “I have literally no idea,” splice that over a video of a coffee mug “making that sound.” Easy quick piece for radio/podcasts with live phones – ask the listener to make the sound of ______ and play the call back.

π₯ Savory Maxxing
This fits right in with hotdog summer – the internet has spoken: sweets are out, savory is in. “Savory Maxxing” is the trend in food right now – so go nuts on anything savory.
Tailor to your niche, but the weirder the savory food, the better. Recommendation: make a video with the caption “I Heard Savory Maxxing Is In” then show a spread of food like a giant tray of sardines coated in mayonnaise, drinking capers and vinegar, etc – something pretty nasty. Or, take it the comical route and announce you’re following the new health trend called savory maxxing, and from now on you’re only eating salt (as you drink pickle juice, or something).

π₯ Tom Holland or Ariana Grande
The gays must decide on July 31st – who do they choose – Tom Holland in the new Spider Man movie, or Ariana Grande dropping her new album.
(This really only works if you’re gay, or can make a twist about “my gay friends trying to decide”) Video of yourself (up close) in disstress, then “choosing sides” as you alternate between the Spider Man movie poster with Tom Holland, or the Ariana Grande Album cover. Make sure the video comes off as very dramatic.

π₯ The Big Sync
The internet is freaking out over the theory of “The Big Sync,” which is coming August 12th. The World Cup was never about soccer, it was about “The Schedulers” choosing which country would be the landing site for aliens, while 8 billion people around the world watched. The elites are showing us what’s happening – Spielberg’s Disclosure day release, the release of the UFO files, and a forecast of “meteors peaking August 12.” The Schedulers first informed the higher ups of the date of alien arrival in 2019, directly prior to the covid-19 pandemic. Look up. ποΈ
Post either a video or text on a plane background, you can verbatim read the text above, or ad-lib it. Either way, you should get audience interaction.

π₯ Real Life Cast
“Spotting celebrities” is big right now, this trend is the twist. Take a videos of your friends, coworkers, or people around you – labeling them as whichever celebrity they look like/act like. If they look like the celebrity, simply label them as the celebrity they look like. If they act like a celebrity, catch them acting up and post that. A montage of 2-4 people works best.
Simply video the people around you, let their looks/actions and your caption do the talking. Best case scenario you can pan around a room full of people, next best option is video people separately, then splice the videos together. This topic translates well to radio/podcasts by either calling out the people on your show, or interviewing callers for a few seconds before accusing them of being like the celebrity they remind you of.
Spotting Celebrities (At Work/ In My Friend Group/Etc)
Very open ended – use one song from the trending list, or use clips of songs if the celebrities happen to be popular musicians.
